Vice President, Client Service (Pharmaceutical) Healthcare Division

Directions Research is expanding our growing Healthcare practice. We are looking for a strategic-minded client service leader to join our team as a Vice President, Client Service to drive additional success within the Pharmaceutical side of our Healthcare division.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have significant business insights leadership experience, deep pharmaceutical industry knowledge, a solid array of contacts, and the ability to build strong, profitable business relationships.

If you have passion and expertise in the following areas, Directions Research wants to speak with you:

  • Leveraging your wealth of pharmaceutical experience in a consultative role to deliver value-add thinking.
  • Applying your deep industry understanding to meet the insight needs of marketing and R&D stakeholders from global pharmaceutical companies.
  • Success in designing and directing multi-country primary market research programs.
  • Pushing the envelope on new designs and analysis, with the ability to manage a variety of methodologies, including both qualitative and quantitative techniques.
  • Creating and executing an action-oriented plan to identify, and establish client relationships at multiple pharmaceutical companies.
  • Identifying and developing new product and service ideas to enhance Directions overall pharmaceutical offering.

The best person for this position will be able to design, sell and oversee the execution of research independently, but will also find great value in team-selling with other account executives and our advanced business intelligence team. The right candidate for this position may be located anywhere in the U.S.
